The Digital Edition is A$34.95. It unlocks all 12 illustrated pages, the dedication, the letter page, the glossary and a print-quality PDF. Bundles of 3 and 5 books cost less per book. See Pricing for every option in your currency.

Most free previews are ready within ten minutes, and the rest of the book follows shortly after you unlock it. You can close the page and come back; we email you when it's ready. If a book seems stuck for more than an hour, send us a message with the book's name.

We use each photo of a person once, to draw their storybook portrait, and then delete it. We never keep photos of people and never use them to train AI. Pet photos are kept for 30 days to help draw them, then deleted. Your books are private to you.

No. A clear photo gives the best likeness, but you can describe a person in words instead, and we'll draw them from your description.

Yes. Once your book is unlocked and finished, choose "Order a printed copy" on the book. It's an A4 paperback with a matte cover, in premium full colour on coated paper, for A$45.00 plus delivery, printed to order and posted to your door. Club members save 30%.

Yes. Each unlocked book includes 3 picture changes, and every earlier version is kept so you can switch back. You can edit the words in both languages, and the PDF updates itself.

Always. Unlocked books stay in your library, and you can download the PDF again on any device you sign in with.

Send us a message with the book's name, the page number and what looks wrong. We can repaint a picture or rebuild the PDF at no cost.

If something went wrong with your book, message us first; we can usually fix it. If we can't make it right, we'll look after you.
